There are several reasons why a withdrawal may be delayed or rejected: (1) Account verification is incomplete — ensure your KYC has been approved. (2) Bonus wagering requirements have not been met — bonuses received carry specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. (3) Bank account details do not match the name on your aone1 account. (4) The daily withdrawal limit has been reached. If you're still unsure, contact our support team for further clarification.

A withdrawal can only be cancelled while the request is still in "Processing" status and has not yet been approved by the aone1 finance team.
